The US has a long history of betrayals, when we recall the Middle-East, Afghanistan, or the Kurds in Syria, but the fact is that it betrayed its European allies as well.

Yes, it has been all downhill since we kicked the redcoats out.
@lawrenceblair The problem is that we never really got rid of them. They just melted into the population and started working for the government. Now they run it and we are fooled into thinking we have any say.
