Listen to the voice of a Marine with a hundred and ten years of institutional experience to draw upon, Haiti is a failure unless the Haitians become willing to hold their government to account and quit taking hand outs from Soros led NGOs that only funnel money to the corruptible and the corrupted. Too much Marine blood and sweat have been expended learning that lesson for me to remain silent. In America, Haitians do well, and even speak out against corruption in American politics. But in Haiti they remain silent and allow it to go on in perpetuity.
