There is a few different ways to go about it, the simplest is to get a wifi bulb or get a preset timer switch, that you can either turn on like a regular switch or hit one of the preset time buttons that go from a few minutes to a few hours.
Or, go to your local DIY and buy a 24hr. timer. Very nice shop and a fun watch.

Her time in and out of the shop fluctuates way too much, a 24 hour timer is useless.
