Trump 'still owns' the Republican Party
I think Simon Jackman has got it completely wrong when he says that Trump's embrace of "vaccines" is an attempt by him to be "talking more to the middle of the electorate," as though it represents a move to the center by him. Anyone who knows anything about what has happened here in America knows full well that the "vaccines" were one of the Trump administration's top priorities and that Trump views the development of the "vaccines" in record time as one of his greatest accomplishments. Trump is the one who pushed past the FDA red tape and got the "vaccines" fast-tracked, something I personally think was a mistake. At any rate, Trump is embracing the "vaccines" because he has to, because he is, perhaps, more responsible for their being here now that any other single person, not because he is now moving to the center for political reasons.
