Following the release of brutally gruesome evidence of Russian human rights abuses and alleged war crimes during its invasion of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday.
Speaking one day after visiting Bucha, a Kyiv suburb that was devastated by such Russian actions, Zelenksy accused Russian forces of deliberately and indiscriminately killing Ukrainian civilians “for their pleasure,” while describing the aftermath of the Russian retreat in detail.-

The war crimes committed by Putin’s forces in Ukraine are the “Russian way of war,” says Former US Army Vice Chief of Staff General Jack Keane.
It comes as horrific footage has emerged over the weekend showing the path of destruction left by Russian soldiers in many Ukrainian towns.
Ukrainian authorities discovered hundreds of civilian corpses in the town of Bucha.
“What is going on here with this massacre in Bucha – that’s not an undisciplined army – this is a rational decision on the part of Russian leadership to kill people and terrorise those who are living into bending them to their will,” General Keane told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
