It's ideas like this that make me distrust the Republicans too. Graham's proposed legislation is a bad idea regardless of where you stand on the abortion issue. I thought the Republicans advocated for state rights, yet Graham's idea would be law at the federal level. Leave it to the states, bad bad idea, especially right before a crucial Election.
