A person can behave with strength easily without even trying, by choosing the result you want, and doing exactly that which is required to get that result and nothing else.

Making your impulses a priority only results in consequences other than choosing a result. That is weakness.

How difficult is it to not speed? Not difficult at all, but most people lack the strength of character to succeed.

If their objective is to drive safely, then holding to the speed limit becomes easy. A person lacking strength of character can't make such a choice.

Choosing a government that protects your rights is easy. But you have to know your history, and vote. Easy. For many, they lack that very little bit of strength of character required to do that.
