Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.According to Article I of the Constitution of the United States, ALL legislative power is vested in Congress, including the power to make laws, disburse funds and mint money. The doctrine does not go far enough to right the wrongs of Congress delegation of power to the Executive Branch agencies or the usurpation of that power by Executive Orders or Judicial rulings that create new law. If we are ruled by laws and the Constitution is the highest law of the land, we must return to the mechanisms therein.
