I am retired. I enjoy photography as a creative outlet. I am health conscious. I am either keto or low carb diet, depending on what my day entails. I do 15 min resistance workouts followed by 40 min sauna three or four times a week and a +/- 10 km bush walk or beach walk weekly. I am a volunteer driver at the local base hospital transporting patients and staff around the large complex in an electric golf buggy that seats a maximum of 8 people.
