Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Their federal funding should be revoked as quickly as due process allows, and there should be a class action launched against them so that everyone who has been negatively effected by this discrimination can have the opportunity to be compensated appropriately. They should also be subject to strict government monitoring, at least for a period of time, to ensure they do not revert to this unlawful behavior.

I think they should go ahead and file the lawsuit now. Why give them two weeks to stop or else? there is no possible way they don't know what they have been doing is a violation of the law. But it looks like they will get away with this with a slap on the wrist at most, just what we have come to expect.
