Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.First, I think perhaps Justice Ginsburg's supposed "instructions" on her death bed should be verified. do we really know with certainty yet that she even said this. But, even if verified to be true, her final wished are completely beside the point. The Constitution gives absolutely know say to any Supreme Court Justice concerning the appointment of other justices. To be sure, she ought to be respected, and any demands she has ought to be honored insofar as she has any right to make them in the first place.
