Little bit in the weeds here:

Court rules against Trump BEFORE the election that the argument is 'not ripe', in other words, no harm has/is shown AT THAT TIME.....so, he has to wait for the election to happen to complain. THEN the Court rules that after the election is TOO LATE to raise the issue.

Standings vs laches.

The Courts are just playing with us....

They call this "go slow" tactics. Using beurocratic process as "legal" sabotage. But don't worry. It seems Trump expected this.

Here you can see lefties planing it (cought on zoom chat talking about go slow tactics) and what Trump is probably planing to do as counter meassure.

yes - not even the Judiciary attempts to hide their hatred and bias against Trump. Gov't - all branches, all agencies are off the chain. "We the People" means nothing and for all practical purposes it is now "We the subjects".
