Both events permanently changed the trajectory of American life and politics - and NOT for the better.
The personalities - Trump, Biden, Harris...notwithstanding it was the profound assault upon the US Constitution itself.

It's a religious schism. Republicans feel that Trump won the election and that democrats
stole it. Democrats feel the election wasn't stolen. It's irreconcilable, especially since democrats are ruling with the style of "tyranny of the majority". Democrats have formally made America an apartheid state.
All constitutions, no matter how wisely constructed to defend against tyranny of the majority, will ultimately fail and majority tyranny will happen. The only way out is secession.

I highly doubt there will be "2 sets of history books". In the first place the Communists will NEVER tolerate nor allow the existence of published History books that contradict their political evilness.

It's tempting to get carried away with rhetoric. Leftists do. They want rhetoric privilege.
I think that a conservative rhetoric history book could be hilarious. Satire opportunity. A fundamental difference between conservatives and leftists is that conservatives have a sense of humor and leftists don't. Leftist history books are unfunny.
Wondering what democrats were thinking with the 26000 troops. They propagandized that it was to guard against an imminent erection. Turned out to be a fake erection.

the whole thing was planned and plotted out by the communists. they got some antifa people to get as many folks as they could to get riled up enough to illegally enter the capitol building.
The idea / motive I am sure was to paint the Trump/Patriot people as violent insurrectionists. They put up fencing around the Capitol grounds and brought in the National Guard in order to make it appear that there was a real threat of violence against their Regime.
yeah I think a good satirist / political critic / social critic could have a heyday with something like a book of Conservative vs Communist America rhetoric.
