Perhaps it is - why don't you try positing something meaningful about it and we can try responding in a way that is productive... Does it even really exist? And if so, what criteria are we using? Is it one that gives people with a formal education an overwhelming advantage? ...And more to the point, does a formal education, i.e.; a college degree, actually give one that much of an advantage?
