Some thoughts- a free market can have racism/ sexism. But a free market, where quality cost and service trumps everything, any company that does not reward strictly merit will collapse or get eaten alive. Also, we are competing globally now. Watch out, google

Many factors could keep a business like that running but they wouldn't be able to obtain maximum profitability by excluding any group from their product.
