Two great forces of energy, Intelligence and Passion, intermingled. God became and the creation of the universe began. The intermingling of these forces creates matter and Free Will (another powerful energy force) and which is the basic “instinct” to survive.
Each force without the other is useless. Intelligence would sit and think all day, nothing accomplished, passive behavior. Passion would be going in every direction, having polar opposites and without cohesion, insane behavior. Ying and Yang, being equals and opposites, creates a system of balance that promotes longevity. The marriage of Intelligence and Passion is the driving force we all share: To save mankind and create a better future.
This is my theory. I would like to hear comments as to why this cannot be possible from any skeptics. If you follow the logic I would suggest you study it carefully, ask me anything, then look at your world again with new eyes and see if it helps explain things differently.
This was to be the original post.

Where did these two energies exist if the universe had not yet been created?

The space for the universe has always there. Before God it was not possible to see it.

@7sails Actually, space and time did not exist before the big bang. ( Assuming the big bang theory is correct)

Time is right now, the next moment and next and all those before, it always exists. It only matters in a physical world because we have the means and/or need to measure it. If there wasn't space, what was there?

@7sails I’m not the best person to be explaining this, but space and time aren’t necessary for reality to exist.

Wouldn't intelligence and passion be gods and their intermingling just part of their creation?

I believe the intermingling empowered both and they understood the good they would create together. The notion of God seeking power and holding dominance over us is counter productive to Free Will and is man-made. I say this because I don't believe what has been taught about God is accurate.

Too metaphysical for me.

For fun you could watch and see what forces drive every interaction.

This is a fascinating way of looking at it. I like it, very nicely worded.
