Humanity, what does it personally mean to you?
It means to be made in the image of God.
To have within oneself the result of bad actions taken by
our ancestors, and the good ones.
And the potential to ask and receive from God above into our very self.
It means to have rights, and responsibilities.
To be effected and to know it, and to effect others.
It means one suffers, and one seeks easement
until they realize the grand ethical truth: They exist not to end their own suffering
so much as to end what leads to it. And that leader into the void, is within them.
In the midst of the formless, dark twirling void God says "Let there be light" and proceeds to bring order from the chaos; such is the way of Christ in a human heart, and life.
Then, when a human being has peace with God they become who they meant to be.
The opposite of the ideal humanity is to sin, which exposes a man as weak and a woman as ugly.
It means being alive, well to me anyways.
The great questioning shall begin here.
What is it to be alive?
