I hear of Trump supporters who are shunned, denied services, verbally and physically assaulted by political opponents. I've seen videos of Persons wearing MAGA hats being assaulted. I remember during the Vietnam conflict in 1969 servicemen in uniform were similarly assaulted and abused by political opponents. Does anyone else see this similarity?

It is definitely wrong assault someone for simply wearing a MAGA hat.
I don't see the similarity soldiers returning home and getting spit on. The soldiers sacrificed their lives and got treated like shit. Vietnam was a shit war but it wasn't the soldiers fault. MAGA hat people a few dollars for a hat.
