What would the world look like if Intersectionality formed the basis of a society's moral and social order?

Intersectionality, now favored by the left, is the idea that individuals are judged to be oppressed or oppressors by arbitrary group identifiers. Good and evil are found in social structures, not in individuals. It is fundamentally opposed to the idea of equality among individuals. I don't see how the two concepts can be reconciled. Only one side can win out in the end. I'd be curious if anyone knows of any fiction (or non-fiction) that would depict that type of society. I personally would not like to live in such a society, but it doesn't mean that society could not come into being. Any ideas?
