Yes Campers...Wedded Rebellion. I think it's about time I take over something in our house. My wife loves to cook. And I love what she cooks. I love to cook...but since me being diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes we can't eat like that anymore. But some things will never change.

In this instance its her need for spices. I'm not talking a few. I'm talking perhaps every single spice of every kind from every country on the planet is piled into just one of our cabinets. I cannot open the door without 40 containers of spices falling out. So I think I am going to make something to "contain" all these spices. I will arrange them by type, phylum, region and degree of flavor if need be. This will be more than a rack...this will be a Dewey Decimal system of spices.
