A distinct rejection of Islam for the sake of "cultural Christianity" without regard to Christian ethics is doomed to create a more hateful society.

Christians have long rejected Islam:
The belief system denies Christ's Sonship,
His crucifixion and His resurrection; by it's very existence it is an insult towards the Christian faith.
But it goes beyond this: It goes so far as to say Christ was a propagator of Islam Himself, and will reject Christianity upon His return.

There is no lasting religion of antiquity which is so adverse to Christianity.
Nor is there a lasting ethic which can stand before God which deems human beings worthy of persecuting individuals based on their ideas, however wrong.

It seems as if people either reject the most important command according to Christ, and claim despite all evidence that every religious belief systems are equal in the society produce.

Or else find a group they deem responsible for the corruption of their society and do what they can by the means of hatred they take. With this they both break the second greatest commandment; and with it the first.

Zealotry without ethics is hatred,
Ethics without redemption is morality,
and redemption without zealotry is absent of authenticity.
Hatred propagates corruption,
morality attempts to solve but cannot heal,
and redemption can only be received when it is freely given.
