Absolutely. We are withering as a country because the last couple of generations have been kept ignorant of how the mechanisms of our government work. Not only should Civics be taught, but additional histories of the Founders and the documents they looked to when formulating the Constitution that protects the ideals of the American Republic.

Should be a Constitution course taught in schools.

Presumably, this would be part of "Civics." If they are separate, then they should go hand-in-hand. My answer is a resounding Yes.
