Description: The group had a drink at the bar where Melissa was working as a bartender, before demanding everyone drop to the ground. Melissa ran to the rear office, but the suspects kicked open the door, and ordered her to open the safe. She was then shot several times at close range. Melissa’s friend Melissa Mortan was pistol-whipped when she tried to call 911. The bar’s security cameras captured everything that happened, and DNA from the cups the group drank out of before the robbery, was used to link them to the crime.
