That's been common practice here in CaCaLand for years. Illegals are issued drivers licenses -- wouldn't want them to break the law by driving without a license, now would we?
When doing that they are automatically registered to vote. Wanna guess which is the default party?
And, wanna put any $$ on the validity of the address on the licenses? Wanna bet many are simply mail boxes in empty lots for a DNC toad to pick up while harvesting mailin ballots?
