I did a little experiment, to see what would happen. I posted the same Trump bashing message, on three different sites. Did not get what I thought I would and that's not a good thing.

So... You bashed Trump and didn't get the result you expected? What were you expecting? And how was it not good?

More people than I thought, don't care what Trump says, way more.

@DuranDuran and you don't see how intentionally insulting the President irritates his supporters?

@The_Farseer The point is Trump can lie his ass off and they don't care. My point is to call him on as many as I can, and I don't give a damn what his supporters think.

1

I really can't tell if you're a low effort troll or just have poorly formed arguements of arrogance. It's often boardline on twlight zone freak out rant.
The arguements I have seen you actually hash out are highly opinionated creative twists to actual information. So when you can't explain something directly It makes me think you're forming some weird imaginary box of associations.

I can't tell if you understand you're heavily biased. It's almost balancing on covert hypnosis.

Can you

  1. State what message you posted and where.
  2. Your expected response.
  3. The response you received.

Without using it as a bounce board for orangeman bad and republicans are Hitler.

I was curious to see if I would get different responses from the different sites. I really didn't know what to expect. As you can see from here, I unleashed a firestorm, none of these people know what I actually said, only that I was bashing Trump.

0

What did you expect?

I don't know what I expected. I didn't know I was going to find so many people that don't care what Trump does or care that the last 2 years have been almost exclusively about Trump and immigrantion, and almost nothing about all the other issues this country has.

@DuranDuran Welcome to earth. This is known as 'Politics'.

@jwhitten It hasn't been this far over the top before, The whole Republican party is getting as bad as Trump. I've been catching hell over my gun control groups for a awile now, since Trump they have slowly gotten more personal, and more hateful.

@DuranDuran Really? In what way?

@DuranDuran ok let me clarify this for you. Of course we care what trump does. So many about right hate the other side because of the crap they pulled. You all assume we would allow trump to do anything. Just as we wouldn’t the left we won’t trump. The difference is most people knew what they were getting when they voted for trump. His whole life had played out for us already. We were lied to and fooled by the left. That is why so many did as I did a marathon to get away from them. We didn’t walk we ran the hell out of there.

@DuranDuran you said that the entire Republican Party is getting as bad as trump. Pls elaborate? Do you mean we want out constitutional rights as they were intended and written! Is it the fact that we believe in getting off your lazy ass and work for what you have! Is it the fact that we do not want illegals to come here? But want them to be here illegally.? Is it the fact that we respect our flag and military? Or is it the fact that we do not want terrorist lying and waiting to attack us once again. I mean you made the statement so explain it!!
I mean I could call all the liberals baby murderers cause they believe in killing babies. I could talk on and on about the lies you all tell on a daily basis! At lest trump tries to limit his to once a week. ( that actually was meant as a joke and there is no proof of trump lying every week).
Let’s not talk about the daily attacks from liberals towards conservatives! Not only verbal but physical as well. Let’s not talk about the gang violence you all love to protect! Or the mess the liberals made out of each major city in this county.
Shall I continue. See how when I make a statement I explain my views. I don’t just put up s general statement as it was fact and not my opinion!
You say you get attacked. Prove it. I mean show me the bruises and so on. Cause I don’t see any of my people going around kicking pregnant women in the stomach as your side does. See I have things called proof before I run my mouth. Pls back yours up. Oh and yes I get onto people on my side as well for acting as ignorant!

I think you are blaming "Trump derangements syndrome on Trump himself". @DuranDuran

@DuranDuran If the country is not safe, and the people trying to enter the country are not safe, this should be considered a high priority by anyone holding the Presidency.

@Marydaniels6011 You know when I say I'm being attacked, I mean what you are doing right now. The man called the media " The most dishonest people there are" on his second day in office. What the hell did he think they were going to do? The only "fake news" comes ffrom him. Any real "fake news" that was out there, he could have shut down with one call to the FCC. There is plenty of proof he lies multiple times a day. I'm not going to get into a long drawn out argument with you. I voiced my opinion, which I have every right to do, and you just voiced your opinion of me, which you have every right to do. Time to move on to something else.

@Gerri4321 Agreed, but Trump is blowing it up to a level it really isn't

@DuranDuran how?

@Gerri4321 Making it a national emergency when it's not. He even said it himself, He said he didn't have to do it that way, he just wanted to do it faster. All the shit he's saying those people are doing, and now all of a sudden Mexico has stepped up and no reason to close the border.

@DuranDuran if there is no reason why did mexico step up? Did he say he didn't have to do it thst because he could have used executive order to do so? All the other stuff? We must always as the what when where hoe why who.

@Gerri4321 You're going to spin anything I say about Trump aren't you?

@DuranDuran Uhhh.. now I'm confused. Hasn't every point you've been making (more or less) been about how bad Trump is? What have I missed?

@DuranDuran how did I spin anything? I am trying to get you to ask more of why it happened as suched. It's not about me or what I believe or what. I wish you to expand your thinking in all area's

@jwhitten, @Gerri4321 He's blown whats happening at the border all out of porportion. I 've seen several interviews with mayors and border patrol people, and while they say they are busy, it's not a emergency. They have said Trump's supposed "criminal element" is nowhere near what he says it is.
Trump doesn't understand the enviornmental impact a barrier can have on the animals and ecosystem. Trump also doesn't see how racist only building a barrier only on our Southern border really is. There is a statue in NY that says "Give us your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to be free." Isn't that exactly what is going on down there. Only that is for people coming from Europe. If you're coming from the south it's more like " We're sorry there will never be amybody here to take your call, please go back to whereever the fuck you came from, thank you and have a nice day."

@DuranDuran I just got drops that said different tat I will share with you see this is what I'm trying to get you to do. It not he said she said they said its I reseashed I found I think I see.i know I don't care the conclusion you come too if its on your own.

@DuranDuran this is one

@DuranDuran I will always be honest with you I have a advantage I have help. For information gathering in many areas you can get this to if you reach out to do so it takes time trust is gained not free.

@Gerri4321 The problem is, I can post messages that look just as credible( and I'm not saying it isn't) that say the exact opposite. My problem is not about better border security, it's about permanent barriers.

@Gerri4321 Fair enough, I'm just begining to know people here. I'm good with that.

@DuranDuran permanent barriers are a must I dislike the idea like a lot I touch the burlin wall not a great thing. But if you calm down do as I ask and understand I know the real reason for the need and in 3 months you Will too if you research a light will lead you the rest of the way.

@DuranDuran great a few more to add as notes ok. One I need help with picking your brain? Tunnel, Strom drain traffficing why tape it of for size, etc.

@DuranDuran >> "There is a statue in NY that says "Give us your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to be free."

How many of those 'huddled masses' are you volunteering to take in at your house to clothe, feed and provide medical care for?

How many freeloaders can we afford? We have the welfare system, the homeless population to deal with, people who are chronically unemployed or under-employed for whatever reason, to say nothing of the various handouts and supplements we give to mothers, children, huge-ass corporations-- you know, pretty much anybody with their hand out. How many more are you suggesting we import?

You might want to go look at the history of immigration policy in this country-- you might be surprised. You might want to bone up on the immigration policies of all of the major Western countries-- I guarantee it would be a real eye-opener for you. None of them swing their gates wide-open for whomever wants to drag themselves in the door. All of them have specific quotas for types of people, religions, ethnic backgrounds, vocation types, and the whole bit. But apparently its "wrong" and "racist" if we have standards to meet in this country.

Just for the record, I'm not personally against immigration-- from Europe or much of anywhere else-- provided that they come here legally, pass through our immigration centers and work to assimilate into our American culture and become Americans-- great MELTING POT Americans, not hyphenated Americans, IMO. Things are no different anywhere else on the planet, why do you expect them to be different here? To fulfill some incredibly inept and poorly conceived left-wing agenda??? (If they come, they'll vote for DEMOCRATS and all that FREE STUFF that YOU pay for out of your ever-increasing tax dollars.)

You can pay YOUR tax dollars for that, but the rest of us are sick and tired of it and we just want our country back.

@Gerri4321 This is one of the things Trump does that pisses me off

On April 13, a Mexican military patrol spotted an unmarked vehicle on the south side of the border fence outside El Paso, Texas, and confronted the two people inside.
They turned out to be U.S. Army soldiers, and the spot where they were parked was U.S. territory.
The two sides talked, the Mexican military contingent left, and the U.S. soldiers went on their way.
That’s the story according to official statements from Mexico and the United States.

Then there is President Donald Trump’s version.
“Mexico’s Soldiers recently pulled guns on our National Guard Soldiers, probably as a diversionary tactic for drug smugglers on the Border,” he tweeted early Wednesday.
He went on: “Better not happen again! We are now sending ARMED SOLDIERS to the Border.”

@jwhitten That's not the point. How does that look to them. Nobody is going to want to make trade deals with a coiuntry that is so obviously racist against countries south of the border.

@jwhitten, @Gerri4321 I've got to pick this up tomorrow, it's sleepy time.

@DuranDuran I will always do my best to be honest with you as well. I do not always know the truth and there are times that I labor under erroneous assumptions. But I will answer with truth as I know it and always stand ready (however pig-headedly) to be persuaded by evidence or to learn something new. And if I ever sound grumpy, please accept my apologies upfront, I rarely ever actually am. But I do get up a head of steam on occasion and can sometimes forget to put on the brakes 😉

@DuranDuran How can you even use the word 'racist' when a huge chunk of our population is both [a] hispanic, and [b] FROM those actual countries !?!? That just doesn't make any type of sense. It is lefty-lunacy of the type they peddle on CNN, MSNBC, and the other garbage-news networks.

@DuranDuran Roger that. G'night. Looking forward to picking it up when you're ready.

@DuranDuran I can understand this upsets you, there is a pool in Washington one end is ankle deep the other neck deep stick with what I ask you will understand Washington lives by THEIR RULES TELLS US RULES TO LIVE BY DIFFERENT. ( TAKE NOTES)

@DuranDuran: Perhaps the sensible people didn't bother to respond to your spam message. Once it become obvious, and apparently it was, that you were just another leftist anti-Trump troll, they couldn't be bothered...

@jwhitten Canadian border is wide open, Statue facing Europe with the "give us your poor' thing, permanent barrier across our southern border. If you lived in South America what would you think? That is the point I'm trying to make. We need better trade deals with other countries, this and giving their leaders stupid nicknames, isn't going to help.

@DuranDuran I don't think the concern is about 'racism'-- but rather it's about 'I'm-fucking-broke-as-hell-and-tired-of-my-money-going-to-pay-for-freeloaders-ism".

And when we look around to see where all that cash is going, it's being funneled into welfare, healthcare, social security-- and into huge-ass multi-billion dollar industries, and lining the pockets of rich m-fk'ing politicians and going everywhere possible except into my own bank account.

And everywhere you look our infrastructure is falling down, getting old, getting decrepit, roads going unpaved, schools going unfixed, entire cities practically decimated by lack of jobs and industries shipped overseas where the labor is cheaper so the globalists can sell it back to us at even higher prices and garner themselves a butt-load of cash.

It's all about the Benjamins and scamming Uncle Sam-- and of course the rest of us-- while we all do our best to make ends meet and put food on the table.

And then you have the Clown-World politicians trying to tell us that importing MORE poor people is going to make our lives BETTER? Nope, it's going to make THEIR lives better because those people are willing to work for LESS money while clogging up MORE public services and requiring us to pay MORE money in taxes and multi-billion dollar BAILOUTS to rich fucking banksters-- who have YET to take ONE SINGLE DAMNED PERP-WALK.

It's about being MAD AS HELL and SICK AND F-KING TIRED of watching all our hard work and effort go up in smoke and getting left with nothing.

IMO.

You're not giving any information. What happened?

I started too, but I'm having a hard time, trying to explain in a way that Trump supporters won't attack me more than they already do.
They're the one's that I'm having a hard time explaining. Practically everyone did to me, what Trump does with the media.
I'm misinformed, I don't know what I'm talking about, brainwashed, making it up as I go....
They don't care about Trump lying, they don't care he has no integrity, They know he's not a good man, don't care. One person said they didn't want a trustworthy president, couldn't do the job right..
Don't care 3 million more people voted for Clinton, actually think he has done all knids of good things. Trump's approval rating is at 37%, which means twice as many people want Trump out, over people who want Trump to stay. Don't matter, Trump is going to get re-elected regardless of how many vote against him.
Apparently I'm the only who thinks the office of president for the United States, should be a role model and set an example.for the young people in this country.

@DuranDuran Ignoring all of the rest-- it doesn't matter how many people voted for Clinton-- or Trump for that matter. Only that the Electoral College gave their nod to Trump. That's the way elections have worked in this country since its founding. Interestingly, the winning party rarely has an issue with it, while the party that loses typically thinks its the worst system ever. Go figure.

@jwhitten What happened to; of the people, by the people, for the people? If nobody cares 3 million votes didn't count, why the fuck should any of us vote.

@DuranDuran Vote or don't vote. It's in the Constitution. I suggest you go read it some time.

Wikipedia: Twelfth Amendment to the United States Constitution:
[en.wikipedia.org]

@DuranDuran you do realize trump isn’t doing anything with he media correct. They attack him on a daily basis if not an hourly one. So your not feeling attacked I will handle you with kid gloves. Just glad you put it out there on how sensitive you are! You must understand one thing. The attacks started by the left, they have been going on by the left and will continue by the left. Unlike some most of us have better things to do. Than to go looking for liberals to attack. Can’t say the same for your side. I have nearly over 1000 videos that prove your entire statement as false! This is a disagreement not an attack. See to it that you keep perspective on that

@DuranDuran Here's the problem with your arguments. While it's true that a lot of people don't like Trump but, you're assuming they have been presented with an alternative they like better and they haven't. Just because someone doesn't like Trump, it doesn't follow that they like Pelosi or Hillary. That's the mistake that you and most of the left is making.

Trump was mostly an unknown when he ran. Yes, it was known that there were things about his character that would give most people pause. OTOH Hillary was well known and among a large number of people, myself included, seriously loathed.

So, the Democrats can run someone that is not Trump, is for free college, open borders, strict gun control, is against corporations, is for massive tax increases and is for transgender bathrooms and pronouns. Guess what? Trump will cream them but, it's not because people admire Trump. That's the Democratic party's mistake. People don't admire Trump. They just think the Democrats policies are bat shit crazy. If you want to understand why Trump won and why he'll win again, look at the policies Democrats favor.

First off let me say I am not a "Trump Supporter" in the way you characterize Trump supporters. Given the same set of circumstances - the same personalities available for my vote in 2016 I would vote for Trump again. You can blame the DNC for Trumps election. They persisted, insisted, cheated even to make Hillary "next in line" to become POTUS. BIG mistake. The thing that makes Trump so wildly popular is the fact that he is the anti-same ol, same ol POTUS. Even though he ran as a Republican he is hardly that. He is the proverbial interloper - a true outsider in the oval office. Trump is in your eyes the "anti-Christ". To his throngs of admirers Trump is the "anti-Bush" - "anti-Clinton"- "anti-political good ol boy" POTUS. He unapologetically rebukes the "hate America" crowd and people love him for that. In a better world I would never have voted for Trump but in that proverbial better world Hillary Clinton would be in jail and NOT be foisted upon America as the "next in line - first female - Presidential candidate of the Democrat Party. Her nomination made the Trump presidency inevitable - predictable even. I did not attack you. When you posted with the silly line about Trump and his thousands of lies I simply asked you to enumerate 10 or 20 of those lies. I am keenly interested in your listing. Please - do tell. To ask you to support your statements is NOT an attack on you. @DuranDuran

@MickeyRat If we're going to be truth-telling, historically Trump has been pretty liberal-leaning, much more of a traditional Democrat than a Republican. It was only after he entered the race (as an INDEPENDENT you might recall) and found himself lumped in with the Republicans by SMEAR-CO (Hillary, the DNC and the Mainstream Media) that he made a deal with the Republicans to carry their ticket. Hillary, on the other hand, despite being a "Democrat" in name, is a bigger Military-Industrial Hawk than Reagan was. And talk about lying liars-- Trump can't hold a candle to her.... Just look at how many times her plane (Air Force 1) has come under 'sniper fire' while landing in Bosnia...

But, despite President Trump carrying out a perfectly reasonable moderate, middle-of-the-road administration, one the Democrats themselves have mostly advocated for themselves prior to his getting elected-- they are PROVING beyond a scintilla of a doubt that they do not care a single WHIT for the OUTCOME or the PEOPLE or the NATION, only that they are OUT OF POWER and will do LITERALLY ANYTHING-- ANY THING-- to oust the duly-elected President to reinstate themselves.

There is extremely little that President Trump is doing that the Democrats haven't called for, voted on, or done THEMSELVES BEFORE he got into office. And that is an absolute fact-- look it up if you don't believe me.

HILLARY FAKE NEWS BOSNIA STORY: [[businessinsider.com]]

@jwhitten Let's be really honest. Both Democrats and Republicans have over the years professed to favor most of what Trump is doing but, they never intended to do anything about it. In fact, most of the time, they did the exact opposite and hid it in convoluted language.

By 2016 Republican voters had enough of it and they weren't going to go along with the Republican leadership. JEB! was the leadership's favored candidate. How out of touch can you be? He was Obama light! He crashed and burned as he should have. If the leadership had backed Cruze or Huckabee, or Paul coming out of the gate, the outcome of the primary might have been different. JEB! was an insult and the Republican leadership got insulted right back.

@iThink Asking me to support my statements is not attacking me, and I don't have a problem with that. It's the statements like this
I really can't tell if you're a low effort troll or just have poorly formed arguements of arrogance.

@MickeyRat I don't dispute or disagree with you on your first point. Especially the part about not intending to do anything about it.

On the second I agree that JEB was the 'anointed one' from the Republican side, who was intended to carry the ball in the event that the country chose "Red" over "Blue".... (you know, "Coke" over "Pepsi", for all the difference it makes)

Donald Trump apparently came out of left field-- Asimov's literary 'Mule'-- and screwed the proverbial pooch. Possibly two or three times. And quite likely captured on video even-- but I digress... 😉

Historically Trump has been far more "Blue" than "Red". That, to me, is one of the funniest and ironical ironies of this whole freakin' fiasco. And, quite by accident, as far as I'm concerned-- being exactly what this country needed to put out the fires, shovel the shit, punch the bullies in the balls, and generally right this train and put it up back on the rails. Although I doubt we'll ever hear an admission, I don't think there was anybody more stunned or surprised than Donald himself when he won. But I think we can all consider ourselves extremely lucky that he did. I thank god every single day that Hillary isn't the President. We all and the whole world with us, all dodged a bullet that day and we should never, ever forget it.

@iThink, @jwhitten I over stepped when I said the whole Republican party. But there are a lot of people that don't care he said a thousand times he would release his taxes after the audit was done, and now refuses too for any reason. First said the Mueller report totally exonerated him, and now says it is "bullshit". The man is not "trustworthy" and a lot of people don't care.

@DuranDuran I cannot speak for 'a lot of people', I can only speak for me. My view is that in some ways he is a bit like the 'bull in a china shop' careening around and breaking things. However, I don't think he is at present breaking anything of particular value-- and in fact, he is ultimately doing all of us a huge favor in taking on the obsequious cesspit that some people refer to as 'Washington'.

Moreover, I think-- despite what he SAYS-- what he is ACCOMPLISHING is of great value to us all, and he is doing it in the only way that it can be done, by being rough and rowdy and leaving etiquette at the door.

Further, I don't disagree at all with him when he points to the mainstream media as the fawning lapdogs of the corporate-globalist industrial-techno-establishment, because they are. Their masters say 'bark' and they yap away endlessly and snap at his heels until he stomps them down and they run away sniveling. Jim Acosta is a great example. Rachael Maddow is another.

For myself, I sincerely hope that he is for real and not simply some deep-cover corporate shill, because we desperately need that swamp to get drained-- in the same way the forest needs a cleansing fire to clear out all of the dead wood and encourage new growth to begin.

If we continue on the same path that we've been on, I shudder to think of the consequences. We've been tricked, lied to and played for fools for decades by the globalist elite and their career political lackeys and are teetering on the brink of a disturbing dystopian reality made possible through advances in computation and information technologies-- big brother is standing at the door beckoning us into an overwhelming authoritarian dictate. And the Democrats-- particularly-- are jumping up and down like monkeys and clowns screeching and cajoling us through the door. A little power now in return for a lifetime of servitude and perhaps a scrap or two from the master's table.

The Republicans, for their part, were not much better until recently. The last two years have seen a strange renaissance of sorts within the party. A number of the 'old guard' has died off or wandered away, leaving a power vacuum which has been (so far) seemingly held in check by President Trump and his administration-- they are still not really sure what to make of him, where he stands, what his allegiances are-- but he's making progress under the 'Republican' banner so it looks like for the moment they are giving him some rope to see where he's taking them-- and us, the rest of us along with him.

Personally, I don't think he's going where they think he's going but they haven't completely figured that out yet. Some of them have though and I think we're seeing a new breed of 'Republican' emerge. One that is truer to the original concept of 'The Republic' and 'Service'-- though I'm certainly not being led along by such notions. Fine if its true, but I'm far more cynical than that myself. But if it's working for the moment, fine by me.

The Democrats haven't figure it out yet though. They're still like the 'merry band of fools' busy as they sail around shooting holes in the bottom of the ship hoping to cause some reaction that they can take advantage of. They haven't figured out that Trump is promoting their interests as well and instead are acting like perpetual prissies and pugnacious pernicious putrescent prigs.

And so we are in for at least two more years of laughs and good old-fashioned raucous entertainment full of bawdy humor, licentious allegations, and a good-time to be had by all.

What's not to like really??

@DuranDuran Your complaints would ring a lot truer, if you carped on lies on the democratic side but, you don't seem to care about those. I could fill a book with Hillary's and Obama would make a good chapter. The only difference is that the news media doesn't point out lies on the left. Usually they try to discredit those that do.

@MickeyRat He's the president, and it doesn't matter what party he's with. I'm no great fan of either side, nothing would change if he was a Democrat. It's the office he's in, not the party he sides with.

I have to admit I couldn't care less about his tax reports from before he became POTUS. I also don't mind whatever Trump has to say about the Mueller report / investigation. It was nothing more than a political stunt designed to impugn and to delegitimize the Trump administration. It was the closest thing we've seen to a coup de tat here in USA. As far as I'm concerned Mueller, his entire team, Comey, Clapper, Obama, the Clintons and untold dozens of others should be investigated, charged, tried for treason as well as fraud, perjury, abuse of power, malicious prosecution, dereliction of duty and at least half dozen more crimes. Call Trump a liar until your face turns blue. Nobody cares. @DuranDuran

@DuranDuran But he's not a bad guy. He has delivered on most of his promises, which is new in politics. He isn't the problem, he's the result of the problems with Government and politicians in general

well you're right that isn't a nice thing to say but seriously - don't you think you're overreacting a wee bit? Do you need a safe space now? Do you want admin to admonish the bad man who said that horrible awful thing? Perhaps they should limit his IDW privileges for a few days to teach him a lesson...oh wait; this isn't face book is it...nevermind. LOL!!! Grow up get a thicker skin because if this kind of mild rhetoric knocked you off your pegs then you really have no business engaging in serious dialogue. Learn to deal with the reality that A) lots of people will disagree with you all the time and B) some who disagree will not be so kind or accommodating. C)such is real life - get used to it. @DuranDuran

@Marydaniels6011 a disagreement IS an attack to a leftist.

@DuranDuran I didn't originate the following quote and I may be mangling it. "The best men do not seek the presidency because the best men do not seek power over other men." You are expecting a standard of behavior from Trump that few presidents ever live up to in either party. I will say that I don't see Trumps "lies" as especially disingenuous. I doubt he even expects to be believed in most cases. He lies more to exaggerate a point or to brag. Sometimes I think he does it to troll the press but, I don't see him doing it to mislead the electorate the way many presidents have. If he does lie to mislead the public, he's not very good at it. Given Trump's track record, I don't think he'd keep it up, if it wasn't doing what he wanted.

As for the tax returns, at the time Trump said he would disclose things were different. It was before he actually won. It was before the press had demonstrated the level of animus it does now and all the ludicrous investigations. Given our convoluted tax code, I'm certain there are judgement calls that were made in his tax returns that someone could call into question. Trump probably didn't make those calls, he pays people to do that, but, I'll bet they are there. I doubt they will rise to the point of criminality but, it would just provide more mud for the media and Democrats to sling. I wouldn't want the aggravation either.

@iThink Who are you talkimg too?

you lol@DuranDuran

@iThink How sad.

so sad - too bad. Although I have not attacked you and there is no reason for me to defend myself I will say that I really don't care about your feelings...really. And your position is untenable. so you have two choices. stop initiating dialogue on topics of which you do not know OR do some reading/research ...whatever it takes to gain something more and other than your pedestrian and immature opinions. I promise - you'll be much better for it either way you choose. LOL @DuranDuran

@iThink Opinions vary

opinions are just that - opinions. and an opinion without some supporting basis in fact can only lead to hurt feelings of the one who voices those unfounded opinions: The truth is that a fact is a statement that can be supported to be true or false by data or evidence. In contrast, an opinion is a personal expression of a person's feelings or thoughts that may or may not be based in data. ... Just as you may hold the opinion that green is better than red. Furthermore your right to an opinion does not make your opinion valid. Nor does it validate your feelings Here is a link to an article that might be helpful to you. [psychologytoday.com] @DuranDuran

@iThink Considering you just told me straight up you don't give a damn about me, why should I bother? Looks like this conversation is over.

I don't know you and I owe you nothing but didn't say I didn't care about you. I guess I could say that I care about you the way I care about any other living law abiding human being as an innate sense of humanity exists in most (not all) people - I said I don't care about your feelings. grow up@DuranDuran

@iThink You're mincing words, what's the difference? No don't answer that, I'm too tired for this now. been a loooong day.

sleep on this: not trying to be repetitive but I do believe this is something that deserves your serious consideration. "your right to an opinion does not make your opinion valid. Nor does it validate your feelings" a valid opinion must at minimum have some rationale behind it and a valid feeling must also have some basis in reality. so sleep on that and if you care to continue this dialogue you know where to find me! 🙂 @DuranDuran
