Employers and corporations personnel are kind of caught between a rock and a hard place. Gov't has insinuated itself in one way or another is every kind of business operation there is. Owners and managers who decline to participate or to comply with "gov't mandated" nonsense risk severe consequences. Potential if not probable loss of their business altogether. I don't know anything at all about your Employers business nor your CEO but for all I know he might be privately against the "mandates" but professionally and publicly he cannot compromise his company's continued operations. We know how it is with oppressive Gov't policies. "ALL MUST COMPLY" - Which is really an unarticulated threat - Right?
