Is this another wad of BS from the same folks who lied and lied about the WuhanFlu?

Remember that deaths from WF included a "diagnosis" based upon symptoms of a person who just died: "did 'e cough, fever......". Common complaints from many a person on death's doorstep. In many cases this was not backed up with any sort of blood work or autopsy? Meds were incented to inflate the number of cases and number of deaths by gov'mt $$$. Is this situation similar? Are actual tests run -- tests that, unlike the PCR, are believable?
Is there a worldwide protocol on assessing who has and who does not have this?
