That's why you're getting sued, because you take what would be at least in some cases half truths and then spin things to your own liking in order to promote your brand. Can't count how many times I've seen posts from you that were shameless promotions of your InfoWars store, and most others that advertise like that on a site have to pay first. What you should have done regarding the Sandyhook shooting was to point out how the radical progressive gun control groups capitalized on that situation in order to push their agenda, as opposed to doing what you did claiming crisis actors were involved, when independent investigations on that matter had repeatedly turned up no hard evidence to support that theory. Most of these shootings don't require crisis actors to be involved in order to promote the anti-gun rights agenda, as such radicalized groups are perfectly capable of exploiting a tragedy on their own with no such help.

I don't expect a response from you by the way, suppose it's easier to just post baseless accusations and not have to respond to any dissenting viewpoints, which speaks volumes and not in a good way at that.
