Ooh, just noticed this was another NYork judge. An earlier one stuck it to Hochul/etc when the ruling was that every state employee fired for refusing the vax has to be rehired and get back pay. That is thousands -- just in NYCity.

Just about every state that went with mailin broke their state laws. The swing states specifically say that voting law changes must be approved by legislature. None of them did that. All by executive order. Which is a violation of the US Const since it requires the same -- which is why all elector college votes from the swing states are invalid. That was the basis of Tx lawsuit before SCOTUS -- which Roberts refused to hear since it might involve public protests. It is also the basis of the numerous lower level lawsuits on this corruption -- almost all of which were dismissed by corrupt state judges (same ones that OK'd the exec orders) as "too late".
