Tim Pool looked at PPals TOService and that feature was there two years ago. No one has been paying attention. An additional clause has you agreeing in advance that $2500 is a reasonable, MINIMUM charge if you do or say anything that hurts their brand.
Like: "get off PPal now". That hurts their brand. So, they can charge you.

Anyone still doing business via PPal for any reason whatsoever is gonna get what they deserve.
