those you think they are born to be kings and others too obey. insolent = (insultingly contemptuous in speech or conduct) their minds are are poisoned by importance. because they think they are important they blinded by what really is important to the people. and because they are above the government (who represent the people) they are the ignorant one in the country. that's what i get out of that
