Death of some major leader or dictator
As more people get it there will be a transition point where it will no longer be seen as big an issue.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.There is a more or less a hard constraint on lifting the quarantine. Self imposed quarantine will spontaneously happen if large numbers starts getting sick and a few drop dead.
Imposing quarantine slightly early may mean the economy restart will be quicker as people will be less gun shy not experiencing lots of sick and dead.

Some say it will be in May before we may be able to roll back quarantine. Trump will keep incrementally inching toward that date. I think the media will attack this. It may not be very effective but I think they will try.
