Concerning the accusation that the deaths from Corona virus are President Trumps fault, I feel the need to post the following. Please read the entire post before responding.

He responded to the information he had. The briefing (information) he received is that same briefing that is giving to the next several individuals in the chain of succession. For example, the Vice President (No. 2), the President Pro Temp of the Senate (No. 4) receives it also. This is in place so that, should there be a catastrophic event that removes multiple people at once, the person stepping into the Presidency is nominally up to speed on the state of the country.
This includes the Speaker of the House (No. 3), who did not evince any alarm over the briefing either. Given her steadfast opposition to Trump, it is unlikely (at best) that she would have allowed such an opportunity to pass.
Furthermore, this briefing would have gone to both the Senate and House Intelligence committees as it involved a foreign power. This means that Senator Richard Burr and Representative Adam Schiff also received this briefing. As above, given Representative Schiff's opposition to President Trump, he would also have sounded the alarm and said nothing to anyone.
Might the President have handled it differently, certainly. However, he handled it with the information he had at that time. The proof is not in the hindsight we have now, but in how his dedicated and vociferous opponents at the time reacted to his handling of it. In conclusion, if he lied to the American people about it then several others in our current government did also, including some your meme states are not responsible.
