Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The whole notion of "hate crime" is a hoax! Crime is crime. The nature of the motive is irrelevant to true justice - especially when it is usually virtually unprovable!
Hate crime laws should be regarded a violation of the prohibition against vague laws, contained within the Due Process Clause of the fifth amendment.
