“Big Tech (Facebook) is at it again,” the NRSC said in a statement. “This is unacceptable with only four days to Election Day.”
“We don’t allow ads that promote products, services, schemes, or offers using deceptive or misleading practices, including those meant to mislead or scam people out of money or personal information,” the alert said.

Under Section 230 FB is protected from law suits claiming slander. One of the million and one reasons why Trump wants 230 repealed. While that Section is in force no one can go after any of them no matter how egregious their crimes.
