Well, even if none of the jurors saw coverage of what Maxine Waters said, unless they got them from some other planet, they all went into the trial knowing that such threats abound. I fail to see how anyone ever reasonably thought that there could be a fair trial anywhere in the vicinity of Minneapolis.
