Here's the steps to upload a photo:

Go to the main home page and click "Upload photo" link.
Click on the text "Tap here" and select a photo from your computer or phone (note: if you're on a computer, you can also drag and drop a photo from your computer).
Once the photo is uploaded, you can crop and rotate if needed.
