We'll have to see if it goes to the Supreme Court. The plaintiffs knew this would happen and are prepared to fight it. If the Supreme Court is bought and paid for then employers throughout the US will all turn dictatorial. Most are not in a position to lose their jobs especially with inflation on the rise. Losing jobs means loss of medical coverage as well.
@toronto_Georgia this ruling cannot stand as it is. This will need to go up higher. Since when did a judge have power over freedom of choice regarding vaccinations?
@eschatologyguy Plaintiffs have to bring it to the Supreme Court.
@toronto_Georgia Or the International Criminal courts.
@warminster100 I wouldn't count on those globalist activists in robes to render a sound judgment on this.
@eschatologyguy In light of recent decisions and denials one has to wonder just how "owned" they are.
