Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I know that Matt believes it's not a public health problem but he could be wrong. Once you realize the motivation for all of the violence and lawbreaking is either moral or mental the only broadly acceptable answer is mental. The alternative requires acceptance of a moral authority which many reject out of hand which only leaves an answer requiring the construction of asylums where the government will send those they want to separate from society.???

Right. Cuomo does not want to address the issue of fatherless homes, and I think it might be because he knows that the policies of his own party greatly contributed to that phenomenon.
