CIVICS LESSON 101: There is no general federal healthcare power. The constitutional exhortation for Congress to “provide for . . . the general Welfare of the United States” ( Article I, Section 8 ) is NOT an open-ended authorization. The federal government is one of LIMITED powers.
Put another way, Joe Biden needs to shut the hell up.
