He cannot say whether or not the President in the actual Commander in Chief and not General Milley? Really? this is something I knew in grade school. The guy is either a complete moron, or a complete liar, or both.

The liar. He talks about white rage? He's without a doubt a Marxist liar. CRT taught in the military? Under his authorization. I may not have documentary proof, but I was trained to connect dots. Its by process of elimination, and he retains all of them.
