Yes he is over 16 . The law said he cannot buy a gun until he reaches 18 on his BD
He can hold it and manipulate it with adult presence. And he did not cross border with unlicensed gun since he he has attachment in Kinosha his dad his work and it is 20 mn from his regular residence. Why don’t the prosecutor pick on somebody his own size, Like illegals who cross from a foreign country to create havoc in the country. They sue the country they invaded.? Nooo those ppl can break any law they feel like and we pay them for it. Who ever said the law is an ass., boy were they right!!!
I think Lemon is a sexist, he hates women.
