The commander of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards, Ismail Ka'ani, met tonight with the head of the Al-Zader movement, Muqtada al-Qadir, in Najaf, Iraq. This is Ka'ani's third visit to Iraq in the past month as part of Iranian involvement in talks to form a new government in Iraq
