Question. If you are storing powdered milk or powdered eggs in quantity, would you use food grade oxygen absorbers OR moisture absorbers?

So, if you open a large pack and then reseal, which do you insert to keep product fresh and safe longer?

I would store in small mylar bags if possible because it might mold. You will only get 2 reuse reopenings and I would use hand warmers to keep out moisture content.
