Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Anyone can sue anyone. Whether they can win is another story. If a doctor has consent forms signed by a LEGAL ADULT, THAT is the person that should be sued. A child can sue their PARENT.
But having a minor sign the consent forms ALSO, in the presence of some 3rd party...like a notary outside the hospital.... can show INTENT even if not legally binding because, well...MINOR.
Desantis is pandering - successfully.
