Lot of soul searching, and thought.
There is a saying, "history will always repeat itself?"
May not be true, maybe history repeats itself because mankind has an obsession to need to know the past. Could teaching history in schools be the cause of history repeating itself? And mostly repeats the worst of what has happened in the past.
Schools, libraries, books of history, teach one sided views of how one sided groups of people interpeted what they believe were causes and reasons history happened.
The problem with teaching history at any level, is most of it has been perverted, over exagerated, changed, re-written, and everyone learning the misinterpreted past, has their own opinions and understand it, they way they see it.
This is why we have so many one sided hate groups, dividing the world continueously, blm, religious leaders, politics, pride, white supremous, kkk, blaxk panthers, metomovement, woke, etc.
All of them built on lies is history in the past, yes some truth, but most lies, all in the best interest of themselves, and they destroy, riot, steal, kill, spread hate, in the name of themselves, and the history they were taught, and thwy cannot move on, and learn to forgive and just leave the past as history.
Nor can they move forward and unite with all others they encounter to make our world better, to Reach out in the future love each other, and care for each other.
They pass their hate and anger from generation to generation, all because of being taught history, instead of learning how to be part of society and work together for all, instead of just their own agenda.
I believe if history was taken out of our learning, and let the past be history, even a few generations in the future, people would learn to love and live with one another peacefully.
Instead of whining of the past, and teaching history, teach how to improve the future, and what it takes to get their, and how to socialize personally with one another, without social media would improve life in the future.
