But think about the millions of kebabs that they let in, who have all been taught the teachings of their books. Think of a trigger that will make them all rise up simultaneously like this Afghan migrant. And that trigger is a leader that they are all waiting for, a man called Mahdi Muhammad. They will be turning against even the WEF.
