Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Obviously the bigger man is the one who gains no material benefit for forgiving you, the empahic nobody. The tyrant has some political motive for sparing you. It is the rule, and not the exception, that any tyrant thinks only of political gain.
