Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Pfizer is immune to civil litigation in this because of "Emergency Use Authorization." The government is the only entity that is liable and unless they consent to be sued they too are immune.

Drug sellers are immune for their drugs, not for criminal acts.
@lawrenceblair True only if upheld by the same courts that manufacture excuses to avoid hearing cases.
