Monday, the US Supreme Court held five hours of arguments over the fate of “affirmative action” in higher education admissions. At the end of the marathon session, it seemed apparent that either affirmative action is dead, or at least it will be “pining for the fjords” when this decision is handed down around June 2023.-

"Affirmative Action" is Institutionalized Racism.
There is no language in the US Constitution saying that there is or should be a so called "level playing field". Furthermore if that language were in the US Constitution it would likewise be "institutionalized racism" and should be removed and abolished.
Special rules, regulations and considerations for anyone that is based solely upon their immutable racial, sexual characteristics is IMHO an affront - and insult - to the Bill of Rights in particular and the Constitution itself.

This comment is worthy of its own post. Well said, I concur, extremely illegal indeed. Guess we'll see what comes of that.
